We collect only the minimum data required to deliver the service:
- Website URL — submitted by you to generate the SEO audit.
- Payment Data — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details.
- Technical Data — IP address, browser type, and basic session data for security and service protection.
The legal basis for processing is performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
3. AI Processing & Sub‑Processors
To generate your audit, the submitted URL is transmitted via encrypted API to:
- OpenAI (USA)
- Google (USA)
These providers process the data solely to create your audit.
4. Cookies
We use only essential cookies:
- Stripe cookies — required for secure payment processing.
- Session cookies — required to deliver your audit.
We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
5. Data Retention
We do not create user accounts or long‑term profiles.
The URL you submit and the generated audit are stored for 30 days via a private hashed link so you can access your results. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.

2. No Warranty
The service is provided “as‑is.”
We do not guarantee improvements in search rankings, traffic, or business results.
3. Refund Policy
By clicking “Generate Audit,” you request immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your 14‑day right of withdrawal under EU law.
All sales are final and non‑refundable.
4. Liability
We are not liable for business decisions, losses, or damages resulting from the use of the AI‑generated report.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes will be handled exclusively by Irish courts.
6. Delivery & Technical Delays
Reports are typically generated and emailed within minutes. However, due to the nature of AI processing and third-party API availability, technical delays may occur.
- If you do not receive your report link within 24 hours, please contact us at hello@1euroseo.com.
- Technical delays do not entitle the user to a refund, as the service will be fulfilled as soon as technical systems are restored.
