3. AI Processing & Sub‑Processors
To generate your audit, the submitted URL is transmitted via encrypted API to:
- OpenAI (USA)
- Google (USA)
These providers process the data solely to create your audit.
4. Cookies
We use only essential cookies:
- Stripe cookies — required for secure payment processing.
- Session cookies — required to deliver your audit.
We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
5. Data Retention
We do not create user accounts or long‑term profiles.
5.1. Paid Service: The generated audit for the paid service is stored for 30 days via a private hashed link so you can access your results. After 30 days, this specific data may be permanently deleted as part of our maintenance, and you will need to purchase a fresh service for updated results.
5.2. Free & Public Evaluations: Reports generated via free services—including the AI BS Detector for Businesses, Business Fortune Cookies, Agency Evaluations, etc. — can be submitted by any user. These evaluations are based on snapshots of data obtained by AI at the time of the request. These reports represent a permanent history of machine-logic evaluations and are retained indefinitely as a public record of the AI’s interpretation.

1euroseo provides automated, AI‑generated SEO audits and semantic reputation diagnostics (including the FREE AI BS Detector, Business Fortune Cookies, and Agency Evaluations). Reports are informational only and do not constitute professional consulting, legal advice, or factual claims regarding a business’s integrity.
2. No Warranty
The service is provided “as‑is.”
We do not guarantee improvements in search rankings, traffic, or business results.
3. Refund Policy
By clicking “Generate Audit,” you request immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your 14‑day right of withdrawal under EU law.
All sales are final and non‑refundable.
4. Liability
We are not liable for business decisions, losses, or damages resulting from the use of the AI‑generated report.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes will be handled exclusively by Irish courts.
6. Delivery & Technical Delays
Reports are typically generated and emailed within minutes. However, due to the nature of AI processing and third-party API availability, technical delays may occur.

- Technical delays do not entitle the user to a refund, as the service will be fulfilled as soon as technical systems are restored.
7. Machine-Read Logic (MRL) & Perception Disclosure
7.1. Technical Assessment: All evaluations, including “BS Scores,” are algorithmic assessments of digital pattern-density. These diagnostics reflect the machine-readable snapshot captured at the time of analysis. AI systems may ingest a different DOM than human browsers, may not execute scripts, may not load dynamic elements, and may not display cookie-dependent content. Any missing elements reflect AI rendering limitations, not intentional omission. These evaluations are not statements of fact regarding the real-world honesty, intent, or legitimacy of any business.
7.2. Perception Divergence: The AI analyzes a “Digital Ghost” consisting of code, metadata, and semantic structures. This machine-read reality may differ fundamentally from what a human sees at the same moment.
